The purpose of this session is to show how various entities can leverage data standards to facilitate the sharing of information. The case example to be cited in this presentation will be the caBIG project, which is an initiative of the National Cancer Institute.
One of the key takeaways includes the importance of syntactic interoperability to facilitate data sharing amongst disparate entities.
